"Great experience getting quotes and purchasing insurance. State Farm rates for combined auto and home insurance ended up being literally half of what my previous insurer was trying to charge me after being a loyal customer for nine years. My State Farm coverage is even slightly better than my previous coverage. State Farm's online system is a bit antiquated and it took some work to get all of the policies (three cars, home, and umbrella) to all show up on the app/website, but the great communication from Emily made up for the larger State Farm quirks. I shopped around and got a lot of quotes and State Farm rates were by far the best I could find for equivalent coverage, insuring four drivers with good driving records. Overall a positive experience. The minor website issues are worth the considerable savings, and made up for by the great customer service of this agency. No other insurer or agency came close."
