**Position Summary**
As an Insurance Marketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying, contacting, and building relationships with potential clients. You will need to be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and sales skills. Your primary goal will be to understand the insurance needs of prospective clients and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present suitable insurance solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Compensation $47,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
